PRIVACY & POLICIES

Privacy. We respect and guard your privacy and your private use of our websites. We do not extract names, e-mail addresses, or other personal information about our virtual visitors. Any information you provide, via phone, text, or email will not be made available to anyone beyond this ministry. Our mailing lists are confidential ... and will never be sold or rented to anyone for any purpose. Personal information included in any correspondence will be treated with total confidentiality.

Usage agreement. By utilizing the resources of one or more of our websites, you acknowledge your personal responsibilities as detailed here... and acknowledge the separate responsibilities and limitations of Acts One Eight and its teachings. Acts One Eight acknowledges our responsibility to handle the Word of God accurately ... teaching Biblical truth truthfully, 2 Timothy 2:15. We also acknowledge our accountability before God in the role of teacher ... being under stricter judgment, James 3:1. In addition, you acknowledge that it is the Spirit of God, rather than Acts One Eight, who leads you into truth, John 16:13 ... and that it is the Word of God, rather than our teaching, that is the ultimate truth and authority in your life, John 17:17 and 2 Timothy 3:16-17. You also assume the responsibility to be like the Berea's who upon hearing Paul’s teaching received it with all “eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily, to see whether these things were true,” Acts 17:11. Moreover, you accept personal responsibility as a believer-priest, 1 Peter 2:9, to integrate what is taught into the full counsel and context of His Word ... and accept responsibility and accountability before God and man for its application as a doer and not merely a hearer of the Word, James 1:22-25.

Copyright policy. All the Acts One Eight eMinistry (teaching and all other content ... on any and all of its websites) is copyrighted. However, you may copy any of the lessons or teaching, unchanged, for free or at-cost distribution ... but only with its source identified and its copyright statement attached. No other parts of the eMinistry may be copied, repurposed, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or redistributed including but not limited to images, logos, graphics, and Web design.

Linking and posting. You may post, or link to, any of our websites or their content … doing so consistent with our copyright policy.

Translation policy. It is our desire to maximize the worldwide use of this ministry. Permission to translate materials into other languages and the production of mirror sites in other languages may be permitted upon written request with certain limitations including doctrine, accuracy, excellence in translation and language, mutual free use, and purpose, Colossians 3:23-24.
